Back on track!

The computer is up and running smoothly now, so blogging will be more consistent... for those of you that keep up to date with this and have missed Drew updates the past couple of months!

As of today, Drew...
- crawls (fast!)
- pulls up in his crib to greet us after any sleep period
- sleeps 11 hours at night, although we're still working on complete silence for that time!
- eats... A LOT! and loves yogurt, cheese, crackers, and bananas (he'll eat a whole one!)
- enjoys playing with other children, and learns something new from Max and Ava everytime we get them together =)
- has started swim lessons (get used to the pool lessons)
- still enjoys having books read to him (and the teacher in me has noticed that he has directionality!)
- makes a lot of noise, mamama, dadadada, babababa, ahhhhhh, etc...
- is VERY ticklish
- still has crazy blue eyes!
- is very friendly
- enjoys going to Meijer where he gets a slice of cheese sample from the deli lady =)

We are getting settled in our new house and in Kalamazoo! We have been very busy lately, traveling to Atlanta to meet Luke (Raechel's son) and spend time iwth The JLC girls and babies. We were also able to go watch Eric run (and finish) the Chicago Marathon this year. Drew had a marathon of his own... not sleeping until we were on our way home that afternoon!) Nana and Papa have been up to visit and we went to an apple orchard (still looking for one as nice as Edwards in Illinois). And Granny and Grandpa are coming this weekend (finally, they haven't seen me for a long time!)

It's nice to think the holidays aren't too far away and we'll get to spend more time with family. Speaking of, we're very excited (although sad that we won't see them for awhile) that Drew will have a new cousin around Thanksgiving!

Of course, we had our 10 month photo shoot beginning a little early... or just fall family pictures, enjoy! All pictures are taken in our yard... yes, we have a yard now! =)
